Current Strategic Plan

2019-21 Strategic Plan Overview

In 2019 the Governing Board approved a vision for 2030 and put in place a strategic plan, with its first iteration 2019 – 2021. Since then and due to the impact of Covid, during 2022 the Governing Board agreed the need to work on a new vision and strategic plan. Starting this work will be a priority for the 2022 – 2023 board year. You can reference the Plan to 2021 as below, but please note it is outdated.
